Sauteed Green Bean Salad

4 Tbsp. Consorzio Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Consorzio Dipping Oil
1/2 lb. fresh green beans
1 block fresh buffalo mozzarella
1 small pack slivered almonds
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
Salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

1. Blanch green beans.
2. In a large skillet, heat the Consorzio Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
3. Add green beans, sauté for 5 minutes and let cool.
4. In a large mixing bowl combine green beans, slivered almonds, sliced buffalo mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes.
5. Toss with Consorzio Dipping Oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
