Mango Shrimp

1-2 lbs. raw tiger shrimp, cleaned and peeled with tails
1-1/4 cup Annie's Naturals Fat Free Mango Vinaigrette
Jasmine rice



1. Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes or longer in Annie's Naturals Fat Free Mango Vinaigrette.
2. Grill on high until fully cooked.
3. Arrange around a bed of Jasmine rice with tails up.
4. Garnish with chopped cilantro, lime and fresh pineapple, or mango salsa.
5. For added spice, drizzed Thai Chile sauce over top.
